Return, Refund and Cancellation

  • Return policy.

  • Please notify us immediatly about any product defects or incomplete shipments. Also, we will be happy to accept return items if you feel they have been misrepresented in the listing.

  • Conditions of Return, Product must not be used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.Return is acceptable only within 7 days from date of delivery. Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.

  • Returns shipping cost will not be covered by Rozmah.in 'Special Offer's and Discounted Product are not covered under the return policy.

  • To return an item, email us within 7 days to obtain a return authorization number.

  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product the shipping charges will be bared by the company and if the wrong order placed by customer, then he/she have to bare the shipping cost.

  • You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email on [email protected]

  • Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

  • If you have received damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end, then we will proceed with replacement of the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and QC verified.

  • Options after Return: You can choose to do one of the following

  • 1. Request a replacement, either the same item or a different item from the website

  • 2. Request a coupon code of same value for purchase later on the website. Using the coupon code, you can select anything on the website upto the returned value.

  • 3. Request a refund. We will do a direct refund to the card through which payment was completed. In case the payment was done with cash, kindly provide us your bank account details.
